Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices and electronic cooling systems.
• Proficient with test equipment used for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.
• Basic networking to integrate the machine onto customer server.
• Experience with PC-based systems; customer-focused and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and servicing of linear accelerators and imaging systems.
• Check operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers in operation and maintenance.
• Serve as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
• Support a wide range of products and perform installs, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Document installation and upgrade work in company systems for accurate records.
• Maintain professionalism and safety per VMS guidelines and customer regulations.
• Perform parts inventory and ordering for installs, including replenishment of spare parts.
