Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a field service professional to install and service complex medical systems on-site. You will troubleshoot, train customers, and coordinate with project teams to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.

The role requires a strong technical background in electronics and networking, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed. A valid driver's license and compliance with credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher with 2–4 years related experience or an associates/bachelor’s degree in a related program preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices and electronic cooling systems.
• Proficient with test equipment used for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.
• Basic networking skills to integrate the machine onto the customer server.
• Knowledge of and experience with PC-based systems.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems with high-visibility customer support.
• Check operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
• Serve as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
• Interpret customer needs and facilitate resolution across teams.
