Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience or Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices and cooling systems.
• Proficient in testing equipment for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.
• Basic networking skills to integrate the machine onto customer server.
• Customer-focused attitude and clear interpersonal communication.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation of imaging systems and linear accelerators, diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair complex equipment.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers in operation and maintenance.
• Serve as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
• Document installation and upgrade work in company systems with accurate records.
• Maintain safety and professionalism per VMS guidelines and regulations.
