Job summary

Easy Ice is seeking an Installation Coordinator to own the customer experience during installation within a designated region. You will coordinate scheduling, verify requirements, source equipment, and liaise with sales, warehouse, and field service.

You will build relationships with internal and external partners, maintain accurate records, and ensure handoffs to Service Delivery and Accounting are smooth. This is a growth‑oriented role in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service role; track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments within a company; strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of all install activities within a designated region.
• Validate install requirements with customers prior to scheduling.
• Assist in ensuring all install work complies with Easy Ice SOP; source equipment locally or via Easy Ice database.
• Proactively manage customer situations regarding timing and responsibilities.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams via email, apps and phone; maintain high service levels.
• Create and set up maintenance plans and ensure proper handoff information to Service Delivery and Accounting.
