Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support customers and Install Field teams, directing job flow and monitoring statuses across interior and exterior product lines. You will schedule pre-install inspections, complete movement tasks, and manage the services process in-branch.

Ideal candidates have clerical/administrative experience, strong communication, and a sense of urgency to keep jobs on track and backlog at 100% completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in home improvement or construction preferred.
• Clerical and/or administrative background is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience: Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life cycle and resolves questions.
• Job process support: Coordinates with Branch Support Center, Sales, Installation and other teams for inquiries and escalations.
• Operations: Manages intake and progress of all open install jobs, collects payments, schedules inspections, and handles data entry and paperwork.
• Serve as main point of contact between customer and Home Depot for job-related needs.
