Job summary

Easy Ice is seeking a bright, highly motivated Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our onsite team. You will provide accurate and friendly information to Field Service Technicians and customers, coordinating preventative maintenance scheduling and service calls.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining maintenance schedules, dispatching service requests, supporting technicians, and monitoring customer satisfaction while learning company protocols and using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Dispatch experience in field service is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to learn Company protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Provide phone support to customers and internal staff
• Coordinates pay service agreements with Easy Ice customers
• Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
• Update and coordinate maintenance plans
• Customer satisfaction monitoring
• Other duties as assigned
