Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support internal and external customers and installation teams. You will manage job flow, schedule inspections, and monitor statuses for interior and exterior product lines, acting as the main contact for customers on job-related needs.

In this role you will coordinate with branch partners, ensure timely paperwork, collect payments, and arrange service tasks to keep installations on track and backlog at 100% target. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred clerical/admin background and home improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience: Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure follow-up.
• 25% Job Process Support: Coordinate with branch partners and assist with escalations.
• 40% Operations: Manage intake of open jobs, review paperwork, collect payments, schedule inspections, place orders, and process labor bills.
