Job summary

HOFFMAN is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Trumbull, CT, to support the service and installation team with administrative tasks and scheduling. You will coordinate installers and technicians, confirm appointments, and manage equipment orders to ensure timely installations.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a part-time position with on-site responsibilities in a home services setting.

It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.
