Job summary

Wilson Fire Equipment & Service. Co, INC is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support the Installation Department by receiving billing reports and producing customer invoices with the necessary documentation.

You will maintain good relationships with customers and manage subcontract agreements and invoicing, while tracking departmental tasks such as check requests, petty cash, annual reviews, tool repairs, license renewals, truck maintenance, packing slips and RMAs.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of industry and job description.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive Billing Reports and Produce Customer Invoicing with necessary supporting documentation for Installation Department.
• Maintain Good Relationship and Communication with Customers
• Maintain Subcontract Agreements and Invoicing
• Track Departmental Responsibilities including, but not limited to, Check Request, Petty Cash expenses, Annual Reviews, Tool Repairs, Individual License Renewals, Truck maintenance, Purchasing Packing Slips and Request Material Advance (RMA).
