Job summary

Wilson Fire Equipment & Service Co., Inc. seeks a Billing Coordinator to support the Installation Department by producing customer invoices from billing reports and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete.

You will maintain strong customer relationships, manage subcontract invoicing, and track departmental tasks such as check requests, petty cash, license renewals, tool repairs, and material requests.

Responsibilities

• Receive Billing Reports and Produce Customer Invoicing with necessary supporting documentation for Installation Department.
• Maintain Good Relationship and Communication with Customers
• Maintain Subcontract Agreements and Invoicing
• Track Departmental Responsibilities including, but not limited to, Check Request, Petty Cash expenses, Annual Reviews, Tool Repairs, Individual License Renewals, Truck maintenance, Purchasing Packing Slips and Request Material Advance (RMA).
