Job summary

Select Water Solutions seeks a Billing Coordinator to prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, supports accounts receivable activities, and helps resolve billing inquiries.

The position is full-time in a climate-controlled office, Monday–Friday, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k) match, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Previous billing or AR experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Review billing information for completeness and accuracy before invoicing.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and supporting documentation.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and invoice corrections as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist with collections by providing invoice support and documentation.
• Reconcile billing data and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
