The Install Technician I is responsible for proficiently installing insulation materials in various structures while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and accuracy.

Essential tasks include measuring and cutting insulation to fit blueprints, installing fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, ceilings, floors and attics, and sealing insulation for proper coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics per specs.
• Measure, cut, and seal insulation for proper coverage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Drive company vehicles if eligible and complete required training.
