Job summary

The Install Technician I is responsible for proficiently installing insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics while upholding quality standards and safety protocols.

This full-time, hourly role reports to the local warehouse and works at Sutton, Woburn, Whitman, Wareham, or Springfield; overtime opportunities are available and advancement to Tech II or Crew Lead is possible with additional incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Over-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Take measurements and cut materials to fit blueprints or specs.
• Seal insulation and ensure proper coverage.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; drive company vehicles if eligible.
