Job summary

Kight Home Center seeks an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling work carried out by installers and subcontractors. You will manage schedules, ensure safety, and align work with company goals while delivering high customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting field personnel, coordinating paperwork, ensuring code compliance, and driving installed sales. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of installed sales or related installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure all paperwork requirements are met.
• Ensure installers follow the company code of conduct.
• Work with Installed Service Manager to build a strong installed sales team to meet goals.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services.
• Identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
• Research market opportunities to grow installed sales.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and per contract.
• Promote safety by complying with OSHA regulations and inspections.
• Direct and train installers to meet regulatory guidelines.
