Job summary

Allied Stone Inc. is seeking an Install Coordinator to support the Install Department in a stone manufacturing facility. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate installation schedules and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will interface with production, sales, and logistics, provide timely updates to customers, and ensure a positive experience through responsive service. Bilingual in Spanish and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Install Department, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
• Assist in scheduling stone product installations, considering project timelines and customer preferences.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding installation scheduling and updates.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to relay scheduling information accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installation schedules and project details.
