Job summary

Allied Stone Inc. is seeking an Install Coordinator to support our stone manufacturing facility with strong organization and customer-facing duties. You will manage installation schedules, coordinate with production, sales, and logistics, and ensure timely updates for clients.

The role requires a HS diploma, proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM tools, plus at least one year of admin experience in the stone industry. Occasional client visits may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year admin experience, preferably in stone industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Install Department.
• Schedule stone product installations considering timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for installation scheduling and updates.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to relay info.
• Maintain accurate installation records and client preferences.
• Address customer inquiries to ensure positive experience.
