Allied Stone Inc. is seeking an Install Coordinator to support the Install Department in a stone manufacturing facility. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate installation schedules and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will interface with production, sales, and logistics, provide timely updates to customers, and ensure a positive experience through responsive service. Bilingual in Spanish and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Install Coordinator at Allied Stone Inc. plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of our stone manufacturing facility. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless administrative operations within the Install Department.

  • Provide administrative support to the Install Department, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Assistin scheduling stone product installations, considering project timelines and customer preferences.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customersregardinginstallation scheduling, addressing inquiries, and providingtimelyupdates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, sales, andlogistics, to relay scheduling information accurately.
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of installation schedules, customer preferences, and project details.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to installation schedules.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge:

  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of the products offered by the company. Understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Technical Knowledge:Proficiencyin using MS Office Suite, including Excel. Familiarity with CRM software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • Limited travel may berequiredto visit job sites and attend training opportunities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in the stone industry.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree.
  • At least one year of administrative leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, specifically SPS.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
