AtTE Certified is seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of residential HVAC installations. You will liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certs a plus.
• 2+ years HVAC installation coordination experience.
• Proficient with scheduling and CRM software (Service Titan preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation appointments with customers and technicians.
• Communicate appointment details and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available for each installation.
• Monitor installation progress and support technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate installation records including customer data and job details.
• Resolve issues or delays during the installation process.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams for a seamless experience.
• Provide post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

HVAC Install Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of HVAC systems in residential homes. This involves scheduling, communication with customers and technicians, and ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation appointments with customers and technicians.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software. (Service Titan Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
