Job summary

UKG in Phoenix seeks a Manager of SMB Install Base to lead a high-performing sales team focused on expanding wallet share within our SMB portfolio (0-500 employees). You will drive additional Pro, Dimensions, and Ready solutions through a streamlined process, supported by pre-sales and sales operations.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Account Management, you will coach the team, set clear metrics, and develop multi-year expansion plans while building strong executive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading diverse teams in sales, presales, or similar organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years selling to C-level executives.
• Must be located in Central to Western US.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets for install base expansion.
• Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
• Establish and maintain sales metrics and best practices around pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and account strategy.
• Drive collaboration across sales and pre-sales teams to improve performance.
• Lead regular coaching and forecasting reviews with team members to assess pipeline health.
• Build and sustain key customer relationships; partner with account leadership for multi-year expansion strategies.
• Foster a customer-first, employee-centric culture and provide market feedback to leadership.
