The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities include managing service calls, organizing data, and facilitating communication among team members and clients. Qualificações

• 3+ years of office administration, coordination, or dispatch experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the construction or fire/life/safety industry preferred.
• Strong follow-up skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Affinity for developing, maintaining, and repeating standardized processes.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming service calls and manage emails, work orders, and reports.
• Verify information accuracy and ensure completeness in all deliverables.
• Serve as the communication hub between personnel, customers, and agencies.
• Organize and manage data in spreadsheets and other software solutions.
• Work closely with managers and team members to improve process efficiency.
