Responsible for team leadership, strategy implementation, and customer relationship management, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years in fire protection, strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, and excellent leadership skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $130,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire protection.
• 2+ years of experience in team management, coaching, and development of fire alarm professionals.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of alarm technicians and inspectors.
• Identify ways to improve procedures and policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and manage escalations.
• Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Oversee invoicing, inventory management, and order processing.
• Manage the alarm department budget and implement cost-control measures.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology.
