Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA State ITT Certificate of Competency required.
• Backflow Certification required.
• 2+ years in fire sprinkler inspections, maintenance, and/or repairs.
• Working knowledge of sprinkler system components and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Familiarity with NFPA 25 and water-based sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25 and local codes.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs, including replacement of sprinkler heads, valves, gauges and components.
• Document findings and recommendations using Google Suite; communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with coordinators, sprinkler fitters, and alarm teams; respond to service calls and escalate when needed.
• Pursue professional growth and take on additional responsibilities.
