Listen Labs is hiring an Insight Strategist to help customers unlock the full value of the platform. You’ll partner with product, research, and marketing leaders at top companies to translate data into decisions that drive action.

As part of a fast-growing, product-led company, you’ll analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs, distill patterns, and create insight briefs, dashboards, and presentations that influence strategy and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success roles.
• Skilled at analyzing data and telling stories that inspire action — from dashboards to decks.
• Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative inputs to uncover patterns and recommend next steps.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas and engage both executives and practitioners.
• Curious, analytical, and relentlessly focused on helping customers succeed.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments — no passengers, no politics.

  • The range for this role is $90,000 – $150,000 base. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn’t match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
