Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Chicago seeks an experienced data analyst to address strategic and operational questions by analyzing large data sets, building analytical models, and delivering actionable dashboards for cross-functional teams.

The role supports supplier and retailer guidelines, shelf management, and pricing/promotion analyses, providing forward-looking shopper insights to guide business decisions. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8+ years of related experience or HS diploma with 9–11+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Distills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organization.
• Perform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports/dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance for regional marketing teams.
• Delivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projects.
• Support strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendations.
• Conduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planning.
• Travel up to 15% of the time
