Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Sales Business Analyst to support our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams at a national level. The role focuses on rigorous analysis, reporting, and incentive strategy across Reyes Beverage Group business units.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and will contribute to data-driven decisions and performance improvements across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Business Analyst will perform analysis and reporting for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments including competing analysis, financial analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and simulation models for incentives, go-to-market strategies, and sales efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives and Incentive Tracking and historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis.
• Develop, publish, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units.
• Collaborates with the sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and best practices.
• Identifies sales/operations trends based on data and formulates recommendations to address trends and implements changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
