You will apply digital advertising research, leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, automate workflows, and create repeatable templates for self-serve sales resources, collaborating with BI and data engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, media analytics, or market research with strong customer-facing, consultative expertise within the digital advertising, media publisher, or agency ecosystem.
• Demonstrated track record leading consultative research initiatives that directly support enterprise sales, client growth, or brand marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms and structured prompting to accelerate qualitative and quantitative research synthesis, report summarization, or workflow automation.
• Strong proficiency with digital advertising measurement frameworks, audience segmentation, and syndicated market research tools (e.g., Comscore, MRI-Simmons, GWI, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in Ad Sales and Go-to-Market Strategy teams to gather insights needs about industries, audiences and media consumption trends, that inform sales narratives and client pitches.
• Select and apply appropriate data collection methods leveraging a combination of quantitative methodologies: data mining, analytics, and primary or secondary research.
• Formulate and execute quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, identify consumer trends by mining Yahoo first-party data; leverage syndicated intelligence tools for audience sizing and consumer profiling.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to rapidly analyze, summarize, and cross-reference multi-source industry research, cutting narrative turnaround time while elevating narrative depth.
• Architect and validate repeatable, AI-augmented analytical templates and self-serve resources that equip sales teams to answer complex vertical questions independently.
• Collaborate with internal Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to define requirements for automated reporting pipelines, client dashboards, and advanced attribution tools.
• Translate complex data and consumer behavioral shifts into visually compelling executive presentations, collateral, and external-facing industry case studies.
