Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an Insights Lead to steer insights development and commercial storytelling for key client verticals. You will bridge complex data ecosystems with executive sales execution, applying AI tools to speed market synthesis and automate research workflows.

You will lead consultative research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate consumer shifts into compelling narratives across Yahoo's advertising portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, media analytics, or market research with strong customer-facing, consultative expertise within the digital advertising, media publisher, or agency ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms and structured prompting to accelerate qualitative and quantitative research synthesis, report summarization, or workflow automation.
• Strong proficiency with digital advertising measurement frameworks, audience segmentation, and syndicated market research tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ad Sales and Go-to-Market Strategy teams to gather insights needs that inform sales narratives and client pitches.
• Select and apply data collection methods using quantitative and qualitative research.
• Identify consumer trends by mining first-party data and leveraging syndicated tools for sizing and profiling.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to rapidly analyze and summarize multi-source industry research.
• Architect repeatable AI-augmented analytical templates and self-serve resources for sales teams.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering to define automated reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Translate data and behavioral shifts into executive presentations and external case studies.
