Purple is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to shape measurement and reporting across Marketing, Media, and Email & Text teams. You’ll own KPI definitions, attribution models, and actionable dashboards to improve ROI and guide budgeting decisions.

In this role, you’ll partner with various teams, drive data-driven recommendations to leadership, and help scale content personalization efforts. A strong analytics foundation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital analytics.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing measurement including GA4, paid media, and attribution.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the measurement approach for Marketing, including KPIs and attribution.
• Partner with Marketing, Media, and Email & Text leads to optimize budget, channel mix, and targeting for ROI.
• Oversee dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights at scale.
• Lead the analytics behind content personalization, including testing and customer journey analysis.
• Set standards for data quality, definitions, and documentation with Data & Analytics Engineering.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for marketing and leadership.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, retail, finance, web development, SEO, and analytics teams to align priorities.
