Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Homeland Security, Psychology, Political Science, Security Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, or security operations.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms, investigative databases, case management systems, and intelligence analysis tools.
• Experience preparing intelligence products, reports, and executive briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify, and assess insider threats, security incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations involving insider threats and workplace security concerns.
• Analyze information from internal and external sources to identify threats and risks.
• Produce threat assessments, analytical reports, and situational updates for stakeholders.
• Investigate indicators of concerning behavior, policy violations, or insider threat activities.
• Monitor protests, geopolitical developments, and events that may affect operations.
• Conduct background research using investigative databases.
• Process and analyze threat-related reports for assessment and response.
• Prepare written reports and briefings to support threat mitigation decisions.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, and operations teams to address vulnerabilities.
• Support incident response and provide analytical assistance during incidents.
• Respond to high-priority intelligence requests and after-hours matters.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
