Job summary

Constellis seeks a Security Support Specialist to monitor, analyze, and report insider threats and security risks affecting personnel, facilities, and operations. The role involves investigations, OSINT analysis, and coordination with HR, legal, and leadership to mitigate threats.

You will produce threat assessments, briefings, and situation reports; support incident response and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a security, intelligence, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain.
• Minimum four years in intelligence, insider threat, investigations, or security operations.
• Experience with threat monitoring platforms and investigative databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess insider threats, workplace violence, and security incidents.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations into insider threat concerns and misconduct.
• Analyze OSINT and other sources to identify threats and risks.
• Produce threat assessments, analytical reports, and situational updates.
• Prepare written reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, and crisis management teams.
• Support incident response and time-sensitive security matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
