Omniplex is seeking an Personnel Security Support Specialist to help identify, assess, monitor, and report insider threats, workplace violence, and security risks across the organization. The role emphasizes intelligence analysis, threat assessments, and collaboration with HR, legal, and operations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, security operations, or related fields.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms, investigative databases, case management systems, and intelligence analysis tools is preferred.
• Experience conducting investigations, threat assessments, and intelligence analysis.
• Knowledge of insider threat programs and security risk management principles.
• Experience collecting and analyzing information from multiple sources including OSINT.
• Ability to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Monitor, identify, and assess insider threats, workplace violence concerns, and security incidents.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations involving insider threat concerns and sensitive security matters.
• Analyze information from various sources to identify threats and risks.
• Produce intelligence products, threat assessments, and situational updates for leadership.
• Investigate indicators of concerning behavior, policy violations, or insider threat activities.
• Monitor events that may present risks to personnel or operations.
• Conduct background research using investigative databases.
• Process and analyze threat-related reports requiring assessment and response.
• Prepare written reports and executive-level briefings.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, compliance, and other teams to mitigate threats.
• Support incident response and provide analytical assistance during incidents.
• Respond to high-priority intelligence requests and time-sensitive matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage and after-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned.
