Constellis is seeking a Personnel Security Support Specialist to enhance enterprise security by identifying and assessing insider threats, workplace violence, and risks to personnel and assets. You will work with cross-functional teams to investigate concerns and produce security-oriented intelligence and briefings.

The role requires handling sensitive information, strong analytic capabilities, and the ability to support after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum four years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, or security operations.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms, databases, and intelligence tools.
• Experience with OSINT sources and security risk assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, identify, and assess insider threats and security incidents.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations on insider threat concerns and workplace security matters.
• Analyze information from internal, government, and open-source sources to identify threats.
• Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and situational updates for leaders.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, compliance, and crisis teams to address threats.
• Support incident response and time-sensitive security matters.
