Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Personnel Security Support Specialist in Huntsville, AL to help identify, assess, monitor, and report insider threats and security risks. The role supports enterprise security operations and collaborates with HR, legal, and leadership to mitigate threats to personnel and assets.

The position requires a TS/SCI-level background with polygraph eligibility, 4+ years in security or intelligence roles, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, security operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms, investigative databases, case management systems, and intelligence analysis tools.
• Experience preparing intelligence products, investigative reports, and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify, and assess potential insider threats, workplace violence concerns, security incidents, and suspicious activities that may impact personnel, facilities, operations, or assets.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations involving insider threat concerns, employee misconduct, workplace violence, unauthorized disclosures, and other sensitive security matters.
• Analyze information from internal, commercial, government, and OSINT sources to identify threats and security risks.
• Produce recurring intelligence products, threat assessments, analytical reports, and situational awareness updates for security stakeholders and leadership.
• Investigate indicators of concerning behavior, policy violations, fraud, theft, or espionage.
