Job summary

Omniplex is seeking a Personnel Security Support Specialist to strengthen enterprise security operations by identifying and assessing insider threats, workplace violence concerns, and security risks across personnel, facilities, and assets.

The role requires a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or the ability to obtain one, at least four years of relevant experience, and a strong background in intelligence analysis and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Minimum four years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, or security operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify, and assess insider threats, workplace violence, security incidents, and related activities impacting assets.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations into insider threat concerns and sensitive security matters.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to identify threats and security risks.
• Produce threat assessments, analytical reports, and situational updates for stakeholders.
