Constellis is seeking a Personnel Security Support Specialist to bolster enterprise security by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting insider threats, workplace violence concerns, and other security risks across personnel, facilities, operations, and assets.

In this role you will conduct intelligence-driven investigations, produce threat assessments and briefings for leadership, collaborate with HR, legal, investigations, and crisis teams, and support incident response while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• 4+ years in intelligence, insider threat, investigations, or security operations.
• Experience with OSINT sources and threat assessment methodologies.
• Strong written/verbal communications and ability to brief leadership.
• Proficiency with Office software.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, identify, and assess insider threats and security incidents.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations on workplace security concerns.
• Analyze information from internal and external sources to identify risks.
• Produce threat assessments, reports, and situational updates for stakeholders.
