Omniplex in Miami, FL is seeking a Personnel Security Support Specialist to strengthen enterprise security by identifying and monitoring insider threats, workplace violence risks, and other security concerns affecting personnel and assets.

The role conducts intelligence-driven investigations, analyzes OSINT and internal data, and produces threat assessments and briefings for leadership. Collaboration with HR, legal, and operations is essential to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum four (4) years in intelligence analysis, insider threat, or security operations.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms and investigative databases is preferred.
• Experience producing intelligence products and executive briefings.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and assess insider threats, workplace violence, and security incidents.
• Conduct investigations into insider threat concerns and sensitive security matters.
• Analyze OSINT and internal data to identify threats.
• Produce threat assessments, analytical reports, and situational updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, compliance, and operations to mitigate risks.
• Support incident response and provide analytical assistance during events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
