Job summary

TRS-RenTelco in Dallas, TX is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative to assist customers in selecting electronic test and measurement equipment and financing options.

You'll handle quote-to-close activities in the assigned territory, build relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. The role starts with onsite training up to six months, then a hybrid schedule with two days in the office, and candidates must live within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales experience in a dynamic environment.
• Technical work experience in electronic test and measurement equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of rental/lease practices and financial principles.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to inbound inquiries about equipment, rental and financial solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing per policies and follow up with customers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using company software and databases.
• Provide market and competition feedback and identify potential new markets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external.
