Job summary

TRS-RenTelco - A Division of McGrath in is seeking a Distribution Sales Representative to manage the full quote-to-close for equipment financing. You will advise customers, work with OEM partners on product configurations, and negotiate quotes within policy.

The role starts with onsite training, then shifts to a hybrid schedule with office days in Dallas. Responsibilities include pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering timely quotes while building long-term customer

Qualifications

• Ability to manage the full quote-to-close process independently.
• Strong technical aptitude to assess customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Effective pricing and negotiation within established policies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with inside/outside sales and distribution teams.
• Customer-focused communication in verbal and written form.
• Excellent time-management with multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail in quotes, orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through full quote-to-close process for equipment sales.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection and financing solutions.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to configure products to customer needs.
• Prepare, present and negotiate quotes per company policy.
• Generate and support quotes for TSRs and AMs when needed.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM/proprietary systems.
• Coordinate follow-ups, quotes, and customer needs with sales teams.
• Share competitive insights and market feedback.
• Build strong internal and external relationships for growth.
• Process and manage online sales orders efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
