McGrath Rent Corp is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative to help customers select electronic test and measurement equipment and financial solutions in the Dallas area. This full-time role features a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a training period on-site up to 6 months, and a transition to a hybrid schedule with two days in the office.

Candidates should have 3+ years of inside sales and related technical experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in a dynamic environment.
• Technical work experience in electronic test and measurement equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of rental/lease practices and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to inbound inquiries for equipment and financing solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report feedback on markets.
