Allegiance Staffing LLC is seeking an energetic inside sales professional to identify new business opportunities and connect with decision-makers in manufacturing, logistics, and related sectors.

You will schedule discovery meetings for our outside sales team, nurture relationships, and maintain detailed notes in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with recruiters and sales teammates to drive growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Strong communication skills, on the phone and in writing.
• Organized, persistent, and coachable.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and using CRM systems.
• Staffing or service industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and decision-makers
