Full‑time Inside Sales Representative – Woburn, MA

Hours & Salary

Monday‑Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
Salary: $27‑30 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone, in person, and via Digital Tools.
• Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required.
• Provide customers with information and demonstrate our online ordering solution.
• Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools.
• Utilize internal and external resources to assist in closing sales and providing service.
• Participate in programs to promote digital tools and enhance the customer buying experience.
• Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share.
• Back up and assist at the counter.
• Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2‑Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical construction industry or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and website navigation.
