Summary

An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
• Provide accurate project management of project orders
• Handle multiple customer types including contractor, government, commercial and industrial
• Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
• Set up certain customers on blankets
• Follow up on product deliveriesHelp counter with sales
• Courtesy and politeness toward customers
• Multi‑task and prioritize tasks throughout the day
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 1‑2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred
• Good and dependable math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
