Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking Inside Sales Associates to provide world-class service to customers purchasing roofing, building, and remodeling products from our Houston area location.

You will quote windows, assess customer needs, and guide product selections while processing orders, handling payments, and coordinating pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time, complete fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of window quoting experience required.
• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in window quoting.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
