Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Detail- and service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Follow product checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accuracy of items
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise
