Job description

Compensation: 40,000.-50,000. / Annually

As an inside sales professional at Elgen Staffing, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and brining in new accounts for us to staff for. Your end goal will be to sign up new customers that we will begin staffing for.

Responsibilities:

• Make 70-100 outbound calls daily
• Maintain accurate and organized lead list
• Embrace company culture, values and policies
• Close New Business that aligns w Elgen’s goals for growth
• Clearly articulate the value of Elgen Staffing on each phone call
