Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage assigned accounts, handle inquiries, and prepare quotations across phone, email, and Live Chat.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales and other departments, maintain CRM data, monitor orders, and support business development and marketing activities. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of sales experience are preferred; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales process management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Domestic business travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned accounts, supports sales targets, and builds customer relationships through regular communication.
• Serves as primary contact and coordinates with internal departments for pricing, delivery, and inquiries.
• Conducts post-sales follow-up, supports retention, and identifies opportunities to grow existing business.
• Responds to Live Chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintains inquiries, quotations, and opportunities in CRM; collects customer requirements.
