Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales function by partnering with branch, sales and marketing leadership and the Account Executives. This role oversees internal processes associated with account management and campaign activation.

You will handle CRM/Salesforce administration, proposal and report preparation, billing support with finance, and coordination with Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting a sales function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM, Salesforce administration, account setup, hold management, and report preparation.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output using Proposal+ software and internal systems.
• Assist marketing and sales leadership with research and reporting for client prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts, posting instructions for printed and digital creative, and billing forms.
• Review and resolve billing and accounts payable issues with finance; generate and distribute reports.
• Field inbound sales calls and provide leadership with callback information.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, Ad Operations, and Finance.
