Job summary

PowerPak in Congers, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader to manage the Inside Sales department, align KPIs, and lead a team of 6-8 Account Managers. This exempt, on-site role reports to the Sales Director and drives performance, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

You will develop quarterly sprints, oversee daily time-zone operations, ensure fast response times, and collaborate with HR on training. The position emphasizes coaching, motivation, and staying aligned with PowerPak core

• Oversee KPIs for Inside Sales team and motivate to hit targets.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit and train new team members.

• Lead daily operations across the team and manage time-zone challenges.
• Manage sales reporting including weekly PPT and monthly reports.
• Develop future strategic plans for the Inside Sales Team.

Inside Sales Team Leader

Purpose Of Role

To manage the Company’s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales

Targets and KPIs. This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team

and ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities Outline

• Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary
  • Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT
  • 30 Minute Response Time
  • Phone Answering Speed
• Work in conjunction with HR on the acquisition and training of new team members
  • Training and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource
• Creation of strategic quarterly sprints, designed to move the sales team forward,
• that will be reviewed in the Leadership Weekly Business Review (WBR)
• Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone
• Database management
• Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting
• Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary
