Proficiency in CRM and telephony systems, strong organizational skills, and experience with home improvement retail are highly valued. This role is on-site in Boston, MA with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales portfolio growth by providing accurate quotes, sourcing, and project ownership.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume project needs.
• Handle post-order follow-up, invoicing, and quote requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
