Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience minimum; 2 years preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes; Home Improvement specifics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service or retail sales experience; home improvement trades specific.
• In-depth knowledge of retail systems: Showroom POS-Orange Pay, Order Up, My Custom Designs, Volume Pricing Program, Quote Center, Pro Xtra, Credit Services Center, Appliance Ordering System.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales portfolio growth with accurate quotes, sourcing, and project ownership.
• Own high-volume quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for managed accounts.
• Provide post-order follow up and ensure customer needs are met.
